6 rules for healthy heart

The most common of cardiovascular disease is heart attack,it occurs as a result  of blood vessels blockage.

One of the biggest reason for heart attack is a modern and fast way of life.

But heart attack can be prevented, there are at least six rules that can help to reduce the risk of heart attack for 70 percent, and they are:


  • do not use cigarettes
  • consume healthy food
  • more physical activities, at least 30 minutes a day
  • do not use alcohol
  • reduction of stress levels
  • reduction of body weight


Also it is important do not use refined sugar,but it is recommended using many fruits,which are a source of vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and other phytochemicals.

Medical experts says that people who consumed fruit will have 40 percent less chance for cardiovascular disease.

It is necessary to balance the Omega 3 fatty acids and Omega 6 fatty acids.
